Panel 1 shows Princess Silky Shine arriving in front of Princess Celestia in her throne room, with Silky Shine asking "You wanted to see me, Princess Celestia?" Princess Celestia looks smug and says "Ah yes, Princess Silky Shine..."

Panel 2 depicts Princess Silky Shine's magic being disabled by Celestia, leaving a prohibited symbol ("🛇") on her horn crown. Beside Panel 2 is a large exclamation mark ('!") and question mark ("?"), indicating Silky's surprise.

Between panels 2 and 3, Celestia's dialogue continues. "It feels a little lonely on the throne today..." "You wouldn't mind keeping me company, would you?"

Panel 3 depicts Princess Silky Shine being put into segufix booties on all of her hooves, as well as a pacifier gag, her wings restrained by ribbons by Celestia's magic. She looks surprised and embarrassed.

Panel 4 depicts Princess Silky Shine being held up by Princess Celestia's magic, and changed into a diaper with a bright happy cartoon sun on the front. A bottle of baby powder floats nearby.

Between panels 4 and 5, Celestia's dialogue continues one last time. "And I have the perfect seat for you..."

Panel 5 depicts Silky Shine sat in the highchair-throne, her forehooves restrained against the table of the high chair, and her hind-hooves kept spread apart by a magically affixed spreader-bar. Celestia sits beside her in her normal throne, looking pleased.
